Last week, our excited students enjoyed a fantastic ‘enrichment day’ at the West Wing Studios in Ashington.
Starting off the trip, students sang and entertained the passengers of the bus on route to the studio, welcomed by a rapturous applause and lots of happy faces.
The day then saw students develop their interest in all aspects of music from singing and playing instruments to learning all about the technological side of the recording studio. Mr Duckworth played his guitar accompanying our budding vocalists and Mrs Timmons joined in with the odd verse.
The students ended their day recording a group performance which will feature on everyone's personal CD.
