As part of the British Nutrition Foundation's Healthy Eating Week, 8CMA were encouraged to complete one of five challenges every day; eat breakfast, sleep well, eat five a day, drink plenty of water and get active.
Well done to the following students who showed the most enthusiasm and effort towards the challenges:
- Jack won the water challenge
- John won the get active challenge
- Ethan won the breakfast challenge
- Noah won the sleep challenge
8CMA will be continuing with the challenges during form time.
