Ellis created her own garlic bread after completing a live lesson online which focused on Food Science: The Science Behind Bread. During this time the students learned about the functional and chemical properties used in breadmaking looking at: why bread rises? how/why fermentation takes place and how the structure of bread is achieved. She used her knowledge and applied it to create her own garlic bread. Well done Ellis!
