Year 10 dish up some tasty treats!

Year 10 food preparation and nutrition students have been learning about the functional and chemical properties of protein, in particular the food science behind foams and meringues.

It wouldn't be right if they didn't put their knowledge into practice, would it!? Well done everyone - your creations look delicious!
