Our Year 11 hospitality and catering students have been developing their deboning and filleting skills recently, in preparation for their practical exam. 

The students have become very confident and precise as they've improved their techniques and demonstrated industry-standard levels of hygiene awareness and safe working practices. It's lovely to see the students so focused on making great progress, and we wish them all the best of luck in their upcoming exams.
