Bon Appétit! The Fish Heroes project is back which means one thing... tasty treats!

Students were the lucky recipients of wild Alaskan pink salmon to experiment with in the kitchen. The programme, in partnership with the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, aims to give students the chance to prepare, cook and sample fish in schools across the country.

Students prepared and skinned the salmon before producing chilli, mint and coriander marinated Alaskan salmon skewers, served with flatbreads and red onion and tomato salad - it certainly looks delicious!
